While most of our curries are vegetarian, this week we're featuring a chicken version, with a sauce made from a blend of homemade spices, coconut milk, vegetable broth, lime juice, lemongrass, ginger, garlic and brown sugar. Accompanied by red quinoa with Thai vegetables.
