Our frozen meals are blast freezed with specific machine. So eating a Crealunch it is like eating a fresh meal. It is important to distinguish blast freezing technique from the frozen one (meals that are simply put in generic freezers). Here are 3 advantages to blast freezing :
- TECHNOLOGY
At Crealunch we use blast freezers. Contrary to a simple freezer (like the one you have at home) that freezes food slowly around -12°C, our blast freezing technique works quicker and freezes food between -35°C and -45°C.
- NO WATER
Our technology works so quick that the cold has no time to damage the food because ice cannot form inside the meal. A simple freezer generates ice crystals within the food that damages the food quality and then creates water in the meal when heated.
- FRESHNESS
By using a blast-freezer we dramatically diminish the meal's dehydratation so food keeps all of its properties (texture, taste, look and nutritional value are all preserved this way). Your meal is like fresh onced heated !
